Collection and Delivery 

Opening hours 9-11 am & 5-7 pm every day

If it is difficult for you to attend during these periods, simply ask to book in (or out) at a more convenient time. Individual appointments are normally only available between 8am and 8pm. Bank Holiday opening hours may vary.

Please transport your cat in a secure washable travelling cage.

If you are unable to drive to the cattery I can fetch your cat and/or return them home. Please try to give at least one week’s notice if you require this service.

• Within a 4 mile radius of Minety Crossroads = no charge
• 4-8 mile radius = £3.50 flat rate (up to and including Cirencester, Malmesbury, Cricklade & Wootton Bassett), per round trip
• 8-20 mile radius = 60p per mile, per round trip

£1 additional transport charge if 4x4 driving is required due to adverse weather conditions.

I regret that I cannot normally collect or deliver cats that live more than 20 miles away, but do discuss particular problems with me.

All cats travel at the owner's risk, although every care will be taken for their comfort and safety.
