Terms & Conditions

1. All fees for boarding and veterinary care are due at the time of departure. Cash or cheques only: sorry - no credit or debit cards.
2. A cat that appears to be unwell at the time of check-in may be refused admission. No liability will be accepted by Minety Cattery for disruption to your travel plans caused by such an event. Exceptions are known long-term conditions and other non-infectious illnesses discussed with me prior to the day of arrival. Please seek advice from your own vet in advance of your booking if you have any concerns about your cat's health.
3. Please attend during the stated opening hours, or punctually at the agreed time of an individual appointment: I cannot guarantee to be available if you arrive unexpectedly. 
4. If you experience delays to your return, please telephone or email as soon as you know about the problem and I will extend your booking.
5. It is rare for a cat to fall ill whilst in the Cattery, but sudden unforeseen changes in health can occur, especially in elderly or vulnerable cats. A veterinary surgeon will be consulted promptly if necessary. Any emergency call-out charges plus treatment charges will be added to your final account. Please check if your own pet insurance covers such fees.
6. Minety Cattery reserves the right to re-home any cats not collected within 7 days of an agreed departure date.
7. Minety Cattery is fully insured.
8. In the event of a genuine domestic emergency, cats may be admitted at any time of day or night.
